How many times per year do you promise yourself to read more books? How many times per month are you late with the projects? How many times per week are you thinking about your tasks list? If for any question you have another answer than ’No’ it means you are overloaded with work but you are aware of the problem. This problem is delaying tasks. And this is not the way to your success.

Go through the list of 7 truths and find out if you are on the right course!

1. When you are at work – work.

You should divide your time into tasks, coaching and meetings. Usually, on manager’s position, none time can be wasted.

2. When it is time for rest – rest.

Don’t tell me that you have to work after work. When will you charge your batteries? You have to have an energy for employees and everyday challenges.

3. Verify what and why is delayed.

With this analysis, you can find out in which areas you have to train more. Which tasks are really tough for you and you are a little afraid of them.

4. Create realistic tasks list.

If you have checked and done tasks you feel better. You have more power for action. The less task you do you can feel like you are loosing the time and other tasks have to be postponed for next day.

5. Set priorities.

One of the most important skills. You will be more satisfied when you write down in an order things to do. First 3 should have the highest priority.

6. The toughest tasks go first.

They are your problem, aren’t they? This is why you want to improve your planning. First done, first ticked. And then you have more time for easier tasks.

7. What you begin you should finish.

It is easy to tell that you were involved in some projects. But it is better to tell you were involved in every part/ step of the project. What brings you more satisfaction?

Face the truth – you are on the best way to the success. You have already realized it but now you have to plan it. And then step by step go to the top.
